The power battery SOC estimating device comprises components connected to a power battery. The components include a microcontroller for recording the charging and discharging time of the power battery, a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the power battery, a current sensor for measuring the charging current of the power battery, and a voltage sensor for measuringthe discharging voltage of a rechargeable battery. The microcontroller is connected to the temperature sensor, the current sensor and the voltage sensor.
