Zusammenfassung:	A vehicle control device is provided with: an acquisition unit for acquiring a vehicle outside condition; a driving handle operated by a vehicle occupant for manual driving; a detection unit for detecting a vehicle occupant state; a manual driving control unit for performing manual driving in which a vehicle is caused to travel on the basis of an operation received via the driving handle; a communication unit for communicating with vehicle exterior equipment and transmitting the vehicle outside condition acquired by the acquisition unit to the vehicle exterior equipment; a remote-controlled driving control unit for performing remote-controlled driving in which the vehicle is caused to travel on the basis of control information received from the vehicle exterior equipment; and a switching control unit for switching from remote-controlled driving to manual driving when, during the execution of remote-controlled driving by the remote-controlled driving control unit, the vehicle occupant state detected by the det
