Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a power amplifier device and an aging method of the power amplifier device. The power amplifier device comprises a storage module, a processor, a digital-to-analog conversionmodule and a radio frequency module. The storage module is used for storing the initial dot frequency signal and configuration data required by the power amplifier device, and determining a target dotfrequency signal according to the initial dot frequency signal and the configuration data required by the power amplifier device. The configuration data comprises at least one of an amplitude value,an initial phase, a sweep frequency bandwidth, a sweep frequency step value, a sweep frequency speed and a threshold power set for the initial point frequency signal. The processor is connected with the storage module and is used for determining an initial output signal according to the target point frequency signal and a preset initial gain value.
