The invention relates to a headphone. The headphone includes a loudspeaker for playing audio data; a motion sensor for sensing a posture of a user to generate first sensing data; a transceiver for transmitting data with an external device; and a processor coupled to the motion sensor and the transceiver, wherein the processor determines, according to the first sensing data, whether the gesture iscorrect to generate an output result, and transmits the output result through the transceiver. The above-mentioned headphone does not need to transmit raw data generated by the sensor to an external device such as a smart phone through wireless transmission technology.
