The method comprises the steps of analyzing the address data, and obtaining the address information conforming to a preset character structure from the address data; performing assignment processing by using the obtained address information and the order data; after a current order of the user is received, obtaining a user portrait, wherein the user portrait comprises a distribution address of the user and historical data of the order of the user; determining an assignment associated with the user portrait by using the basic information obtained in the preprocessing stage; and generating a logistics waybill according to the assignment associated with the user portrait.
