Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a nano-acoustic effect research method based on a wide-scale range. The method comprises the following steps of 1, fabrication of micro-nano acoustic devices of different scales; 2, parameter testing of the micro-nano acoustic devices of different scales; 3, acquisition of macro-acoustic theoretical calculation values and acquisition of parameter relative errors of the micro-nano acoustic devices of different scales; and 4, macro-acoustic theory failure judgment and parameter calculation of the nano-scale acoustic devices by micro-molecular dynamics theory. The methodprovided by the invention, having simple steps, studies the nano-acoustic effect in a wide-scale range of 4nm to 4000nm, tests the parameters of the fabricated micro-nano acoustic devices of differentscales to obtain a failure wavelength threshold corresponding to the micro-nano acoustic devices when the macro-acoustic theory fails, and obtains parameters of the nano-scale acoustic devices basedon the molecular dynamics th
