Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an irradiation crosslinking chlorinated polyethylene rubber composition and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of chemical industry. The composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of chlorinated polyethylene rubber, 10-20 parts of a heat stabilizer, 0.5-2.0 parts of an anti-aging agent, 0.5-3.0 parts of a functional additive, 5-25 parts of a polyester plasticizer, 5-15 parts of sodium aluminum silicate, 0.5-2.0 parts of a wear-resistant additive, 5-10 parts of a cold-resistant plasticizer, 25-100 parts ofcarbon black, 5-30 parts of precipitated barium sulfate and 1.5-3.0 parts of a radiation sensitizer.
