Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of mesoporous SnO2 in perovskite solar cells. A mesoporous SnO2 framework layer has n type conduction characteristics; SnC2O4 and NaOH are used and are added into deionized water for sufficient reaction; then, an oxidizing agent H2O2 are added; stirring is performed to obtain a tetravalent tin salt precursor solution; CTAB is used as a template; ammonium hydroxide is added for regulating the pH; after the hydrothermal reaction, post treatment is performed to obtain mesoporous SnO2. A spin coating method is used for preparation; when an obtained mesoporous SnO2 film is used as a perovskite solar cell framework layer, the performance such as the open circuit voltage and the short circuit current density of the solar cell is good. 本发明公开了一种钙钛矿太阳能电池中介孔SnO的制备方法,所述的介孔SnO骨架层具有n型导电特性。本发明采用草酸亚锡(SnCO)与氢氧化钠(NaOH)加入到去离子水中进行充分反应,再加入氧化剂HO搅拌即得四价锡盐前驱体溶液;以CTAB作为模板,加入氨水调节pH,经水热反应后进行后处理即得介孔SnO。采用旋涂法制备得到介孔SnO薄膜作为钙钛矿太阳能电池骨架层时,太阳能电池的开路电压和短路电流密度等性能良好。
