The embodiments of the invention provide tire positioning methods, a positioning device, a main control center, a system and a tire. The method includes the following steps: a first positioning deviceon a first tire acquires a positioning starting signal sent by the main control center; positioning signals are sent to multiple second positioning devices according to the positioning starting signal to make the multiple second positioning devices generate positioning response signals, wherein each second positioning device is arranged on a second tire; the multiple positioning response signalsare acquired, corresponding positioning data is obtained according to the multiple positioning response signals; and the positioning data is sent to the main control center so as to make the main control center determine position relationships of the tires corresponding to the second positioning devices.
