Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for indoor quickly determining potassium biological availability in red soil upland. The method comprises the following steps: taking an air-dried and decontaminated soil sample, adding water, standing, and adding high water-absorbent resin, and enabling the resin to swell; determining the potassium element content x in the resin by using an ammonium acetate extraction method, and then computing the potassium biological availability y in the soil sample according to a regression equation, wherein y is equal to 1.096+2.959x. The determination method of the potassium biological availability can quickly and accurately determine the potassium biological availability in the red soil upland, compared with the traditional soil available potassium determination method, the method disclosed by the invention is strong in applicability, high in accuracy, cheap in required reagent consumable items, less in manual operation, short in experimental time and good in promotion value.
