Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an unmanned surface vehicle with a stranding-preventing and self-refloating system and a method. The unmanned surface vehicle comprises an unmanned surface vehicle body. The unmanned surface vehicle body is of a totally sealed structure. The unmanned surface vehicle body is driven by double side thrusters. The unmanned surface vehicle also comprises six detectors and stranding-preventing and self-refloating AI equipment. The stranding-preventing and self-refloating equipment is connected to the detectors, so that the speed difference of the double side thrusts is adjusted by combining ship draught data for analysis according to sounding data, and therefore, the speed is reduced and the course is changed, and the ship is operated to be far away from a shallow end toprevent stranding. By detecting the distance between the bottom of the unmanned surface vehicle and the water bottom, the ship-to-ground navigation speed and the power of the thrusts to confirm whether the unmanned surface ve
