Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of space navigation and communication, and more particularly to enabling efficient monitoring of fishing vessels. Monitoring information that characterizes the fishing of aquatic biological resources is received and processed using a single sector-based navigation and information resource in a cloud environment, i.e. an aggregator which integrates navigation andinformation sources with high-level redundancy and a high degree of protection against irregularities and distortions. The cloud environment creates the possibility for dynamic change in the composition of data processing centres and in the list of types of monitoring information and/or communication systems used, with preference being given to the use of means capable of operating at high latitudes and/or independently of the influence of socio-political factors.
