The method comprises a positioning module, a reminding module, a communication module, a timing module,a positioning module 2, a communication module 2, a processing module, a communication module 3 and a storage module used for storing data, wherein the positioning module, the reminding module and thecommunication module are arranged in a vehicle; the timing module, the positioning module 2 and the communication module 2 are arranged in each intersection traffic light; the processing module and the communication module 2 are arranged in a cloud server; the vehicle and the traffic light are both in communication connection with the cloud server; all operations are centralized in the cloud server, the vehicle does not need to carry out any calculation, and the range of applicable vehicles is expanded. The method can carry out real-time position monitoring and circuit monitoring on the vehicle so as to master a vehic
