The operation/setting recording unit 51 performs recording for the purpose of recording, as log data, operation information in a predetermined storage device, said operation information relating to operations to the apparatuses to be controlled. When the apparatus abnormality detection unit 52 detects the abnormality states, the related information extraction unit 53extracts, from the log data, related information relating to the abnormality states. The system controller 26 performs notification so as to notify the extracted related information.
