Zusammenfassung: | The cephaiomedelfary nailing system of the invention can be used to solve three main problems, namely: reducing fractures, improving assembly biomechanics such that the load axis is as favorable as possible for the fracture line, and preventing femoral neck collapse as well as offset and limb length loss, hence avoiding the possibility of reduced abductor power. The system is based on a specific screw channel geometry and the placement of an additional locking screw, allowing the nail to turn through 360 degrees and facilitating nail Insertion through the screw.
