Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a wear-resistant conveying belt for an automatic cartoning machine. The preparation method specifically comprises: 1) pre-treating a friction-resistantmetal oxide to obtain powdery metal particles; 2) mixing an ethanol aqueous solution, a solvent oil, a resin mixture, a silane coupling agent and the metal particles, and uniformly stirring to obtaina semi-finished product; 3) adding an auxiliary agent to the semi-finished product obtained in the step 2), mixing, ultrasonically dispersing at a high speed, and uniformly mixing to obtain a wear-resistant coating product; and 4) spraying the wear-resistant coating product onto the upper surface and the lower surface of a conveying belt to achieve a spraying thickness of 1-5 mm, heating to a temperature of 250-270 DEG C, carrying out thermal insulation for 1-2 h, cooling to a temperature of 120-150 DEG C, carrying out thermal insulation for 1-2 h, and carrying out air cooling to a room temperature.
