Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a calibration system (10) for a horizontal articulated robot (1), the system is light, and the cost of the system is low. The system (10) comprises an installation surface (30) on which abase (2) of the horizontal articulated robot (1) is installed; two reference surfaces that are provided on the base (2), that intersect with the installation surface (30), and that intersect with eachother; and a positioning jig (20) that is attached to a front end (5a) of the horizontal articulated robot (1) and that has three positioning surfaces (21,22,24), which respectively and simultaneously come into contact with the installation surface (30) and the two reference surfaces.
