Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a copper tin sulfur solar cell thin film material by copper electrodeposition and post-annealing. The method comprises firstly, dissolving copper salt having a certain concentration in deionized water; preparing a copper precursor film on Mo conductive glass by electrodeposition; washing and drying the precursor film, and then putting sulfur powder, tin powder and stannous sulfide in a closed container to obtain a copper tin sulfur film by two-step annealing. Compared with a high-vacuum gas phase method, the precursor preparation method is performed under normal temperature and pressure, avoids harsh experimental conditions, and is simple in preparation process, friendly to environment, good in film formation quality, low in cost, good in controllability, good in repeatability, high in raw material utilization and the like.
