Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a CAPS mark primer group for detecting a non-genetically modified organism herbicide-resistant gene OsALS and application of the CAPS mark primer group, and relates to the technical field of rice breeding. The primer group comprises a forward primer OsALS-F and a reverse primer R, wherein the nucleotide sequence of the forward primer OsALS-F is shown in SEQ ID NO.1 or SEQ IDNO.2, and the nucleotide sequence of the reverse primer R is shown in SEQ ID NO.3 or SEQ ID NO.4. The primer group can quickly and accurately select herbicide-resistant new rice varieties (lines) different in background, and the primer group has the advantages of being low in workload, low in production cost and the like.
