The preparation method comprises following steps: step A, preparing copper oxide loaded by inorganic oxides, and taking the inorganic oxide supported copper oxide as a catalyst to oxidize furfural to obtain furoic acid; and step B, preparing inorganic oxide supported carbonate, and taking the inorganic oxide supported carbonate as acatalyst to oxidize furoic acid to obtain 2,5-furan dicarboxylic acid.
