Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention discloses a vehicle monitoring system. The system comprises a GPS device, a first mobile communication terminal and a second mobile communication terminal; the GPS device is bound with a vehicle, and vehicle information is acquired through the GPS device and sent to the first mobile communication terminal; the first mobile communication terminal compares the vehicleinformation with preset vehicle information; if the vehicle information does not conform to the preset vehicle information, the first mobile communication terminal sends an early warning signal to the GPS device and the second mobile communication terminal, and the GPS device and the second mobile communication terminal give out early warning sound and acquire current geographic longitude and latitude information of the vehicle separately when receiving the early warning signal.
