Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to northwest deinococcus R15. The northwest deinococcus R15 is preserved in CCTCC on march 14th, 2019, and a preservation number is CCTCC No: M 2019143. The northwest deinococcusR15 is used for catalyzed synthesis of 5-hydroxymethyl-furoic acid, firstly, a TGY culture medium is inoculated with the northwest deinococcus R15, and after activation and culture are conducted, bacterial cells are collected; then 5-hydroxymethylfurfural is added into a buffer solution with a pH of 6.0-10.0, after a mixture is mixed evenly, the bacterial cells are added, and at 20-60 DEG C, reaction is carried out for 3-48 h to obtain the 5-hydroxymethyl-furoic acid. The northwest deinococcus R15 has high tolerance towards the 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, and can catalyze high-concentration substrates for selective oxosynthesis of the target product, and the yield is over 90%.
