The synthetizing method of the haloaluminate ionic liquid comprises the following steps that (1) a compound A and halogenated alkane are dissolved in an organic solvent, and then subjected to a reaction under heating and ultraviolet light irradiation conditions, and an intermediate product is obtained, wherein the compound A is an imidazole compound or a pyridine compound; and (2) haloaluminate is mixed with the intermediate product, a reaction product is obtained by reaction under the heating and ultraviolet light irradiation conditions, and the haloaluminate ionic liquid is obtained through posttreatment. According to the synthetizing method of haloaluminate ionic liquid, the haloaluminate ionic liquid is synthetized by heating and ultraviolet irradiation methods, and the synthetizing method has the advantages that the productive rate is high and the synthetizing time is short.
