Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a filling technology for effectively reducing a carbonization ratio of a heparin sodium injection. The filling technology comprises the following steps that (1) the temperatureof the heparin sodium injection is controlled to be 10-20 DEG C; (2) a filling needle is inserted into an ampoule bottle, wherein a head of the needle comprises a straight cylinder section and a conical section, the conical section is 3-5 mm away from the bottle bottom, the diameter of a bottle mouth of the ampoule bottle is 4-5 times of the diameter of the straight cylinder section of the needle, filling holes are uniformly formed in the side surface of the conical section, and protruding strips longitudinally extend on the straight cylinder section at the filling holes; (3) during filling,the filling needle is controlled to move upward and the distance between the conical section and the liquid level is keep at 3-5 mm; and (4) after the filling is completed, the ampoule bottle is sealed, and leakage inspection, |
