The speed regulation control mechanism comprises a rack, a main shaft and a camshaft, wherein the main shaft and the camshaft are arranged in the rack; the camshaft is provided with a plurality of cams, and each cam corresponds to the corresponding procedure; the main shaft is driven by a main shaft motor; the camshaft is driven by a camshaft motor; the rack is provided with a trigger; the camshaft is provided with a trigger wheel; the trigger wheel is provided with a salient point; with rotation of the camshaft, the salient point makes contact with the trigger; and the speed regulation control mechanism further comprises a controller which is used for controlling the rotating speed of the main shaft motoraccording to a signal transmitted by the trigger.
