The method comprises the steps of obtaining to-be-classified stroke electroencephalogram signals; conducting pre-processing on the to-be-classified stroke electroencephalogram signals; conducting hierarchical processing on the to-be-classified stroke electroencephalogram signals subjected to pre-processing; extracting hierarchical fuzzy entropy characteristic values of the to-be-classified stroke electroencephalogram signals subjected to hierarchy; obtaining classification models; classifying the to-be-classified stroke electroencephalogram signals according to the hierarchical fuzzy entropy characteristic values through the classification models. According to the stroke electroencephalogram signal classification method and system, the electroencephalogram signals are used for conducting hierarchical fuzzy entropy characteristic extraction, and a support vector machine is used for classification, so that a high reco
