The PCBA automatic turnover vehicle comprises a turnover vehicle body,a storage lifting device, a reverse feeding device and a horizontal discharging device. The PCBA production method is implemented through the PCBA automatic turnover vehicle and includes: transferringthe turnover vehicle body into the previous station; reversing a PCB board in the previous station to the storage lifting device through the reverse feeding device; transferring the turnover vehiclebody into the next station; raising the PCB board through the storage lifting device; pushing out the PCB board in the storage lifting device to the next station through the horizontal discharging device.
