The system comprises a satellite, a deformation monitoring system, a GNSS reference station, and a GNSS continuous operation reference station. The deformation monitoring system acquires observation data and three-dimensional coordinates of the GNSS continuous operation reference station; observation data of anyGNSS reference station are calculated to obtain three-dimensional coordinates of the GNSS reference station; and current three-dimensional coordinates of the GNSS reference station are replaced by the three-dimensional coordinates, obtained by the current solution, of the GNSS reference station.
