The invention discloses an overlapped type vertical plate condenser and a hertz dry type cooling system. The vertical plate condenser comprises a steam distribution vertical pipe and a condensed waterreturn vertical pipe, the steam distribution vertical pipe communicates with the condensed water return vertical pipe through multiple inclined flat base pipes, aluminum fins are brazed to the two flat sides of the flat base pipes, and therefore the heat exchange area is enlarged. The upper portion of the steam distribution vertical pipe is provided with a downstream and upstream separation inclined plate, the vertical plate condenser is provided with only one fixed supporting point, the other portions on the lower portion are provided with rolling wheels to form a rolling supporting point, the vertical plate condenser can freely moved towards the right side, the upper side, the front side and the rear side, any one of multiple vertical plates in the vertical plate condenser is detachableand hung to a flushing pl
