The oil injection device comprises an oil storage cylinder, wherein an oil outlet cylinder is formed at the lower end of the oil storage cylinder, the oil outlet cylinder is connected with the oil storage cylinder, a sealing plate is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the oil outlet cylinder, an inserting connector is formed at thelower end of the oil outlet cylinder, a plurality of oil outlet grooves are formed in the outer side of the oil outlet cylinder in a penetrating mode; a sealing cover is arranged at the upper end ofthe oil storage cylinder through threads, a guide frame is welded to the top of the sealing cover, a handle is machined at one side of the top end of the guide frame, a sliding rod is slidably mountedat the axis position of the guide frame, and the lower end of the sliding rod penetrates through the sealing cover and is introduced into the oil storage cylinder.
