Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to a bulldozer engine control method, and particularly relates to a bulldozer engine double-power curve control method which can select different engine performance curves according to different actual working condition mode requirements. The method comprises step 1, a heavy load mode and a light load mode are set; step 2, the rated rotating speed of the heavy load mode is 1850 rpm, and the rated rotating speed of the light load mode is 2000 rpm; step 3, the rated power of the heavy load mode is 139 Kw, and the rated power of the light load mode is 123 Kw; and step 4, the maximum torque and the rated torque of the heavy load mode is 890Nm and 720 Nm respectively, and the maximum torque and the rated torque of the light load mode is 711Nm and 585 Nm respectively. 本发明属于一种推土机用发动机控制方法,具体为一种可以按照不同实际工况模式需求选择不同的发动机性能曲线进行控制的推土机用发动机双功率曲线控制方法;包括如下步骤:步骤一:设定重载模式和轻载模式;步骤二:重载模式额定转速为1850rpm,轻载模式的额定转速2000rpm;步骤三:重载模式的额定功率为139Kw,轻载模式的额定功率为123Kw;步骤四:重载模式的最大\额定扭矩为890\720Nm,轻载模式的最大\额定扭矩为711\585Nm。
