A movable mechanism of the detecting and maintaining device is connected with a lifting mechanism. The top end of the lifting mechanism is provided with a position adjusting mechanism. One end of the position adjusting mechanism is fixed to the top end of the lifting mechanism. The other end of the position adjusting mechanism is connected with a detecting and maintaining platform. The position adjusting mechanism comprises a first adjusting device in the length direction of a bridge and a second adjusting device in the width direction of the bridge.
