Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a heat treatment process of high manganese steel used for a sand-excavating bucket. The process solves the problem that an existing sand-excavating bucket is poor in material welding property. The process comprises the steps of S100, normalizing, wherein the high manganese steel is heated to 910 to 930 DEG C, and cooling after heat preservation is carried out; S200, quenching, the normalized high manganese steel is heated to 950 to 1050 DEG C, and cooling after heat preservation is carried out; S300, primary tempering, wherein the quenched high manganese steel is heatedto 630 to 650 DEG C, and cooling after heat preservation is carried out; S300, primary tempering, wherein the quenched high manganese steel is heated to 380 to 410 DEG C, and cooling after heat preservation is carried out. Through the above heat treatment, the alloying elements in the high manganese steel can sufficiently act, the problem that an existing sand-excavating bucket is poor in materialwelding property is solve
