The coating comprises 100 g of phosphate, 60-120 g of silica sol, 10-30 g of CrO3, 1-20 g of a titaniferous compound and1-30 g of boric acid, wherein the phosphate is counted by phosphate radical and the silica sol is counted by SiO2.
