Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of bioengineering, and discloses fusion type lipase higher in thermal stability and a preparation method and application thereof. The amino acid sequence of the fusion type lipase is shown in SEQ ID NO.4 or SEQ ID NO.5. The fusion type lipase is prepared from fusing a section of biparental oligopeptide composed of 30-32 amino acids with the N terminal in the amino acid sequence of the lipase for encoding thermomyces lanuginosus, and the amino acid sequence of the biparental oligopeptide is shown in SEQ ID NO.1 or SEQ ID NO.2. The two kinds of fusiontype lipase have desired heat-resistant characteristics, and therefore, the fusion type lipase is particularly suitable for industrial large-scaled production.
