Adaptive flexible cutting device for livestock ribs

The invention relates to an adaptive flexible cutting device for livestock ribs. The device comprises a working table, a box, a driving mechanism, a corner component, a two-dimensional motion mechanism and a cutting knife; in the rib meat and belly meat separation process, by means of the different characteristics of two directions of the flexible cutting knife, adjustment can be conducted automatically according to the shape of the ribs, and then it is ensured that the cutting knife can cling to the ribs all the time, and the cutting resistance is reduced through the relative movement betweenthe knife and the meat in the direction of the cutting edge. In this way, the device can achieve automatic separation of the rib meat and the belly meat of livestock. On the one hand, the flexible cutting knife automatically adapts to the shape of the ribs, so that separation of the rib meat and the belly meat is achieved; on the other hand, the device can serve as a work station of a productionline, and the problem that
