The raw materials comprise a component A and a component B in equal proportions, wherein the component A is a mixture of nano-sized vitrified microbeads and combined polyether in a ratio of 10-14:100; the component B is a mixture of nano-sized vitrified microbeads and isocyanate in a ratio of 10-14:100. The nano-based polyester heat insulation paste has the beneficial effects that the applicable temperature is subzero 100DEG C-200 DEG C, fire prevention grade is B1, no pollution is produced during construction, thermal conductivity is lower than or equal to 0.027 w/m.k, and thermal insulation can be achieved for any special-shaped structure in industry.
