The method comprises the steps of selection of proper seed rice, sowing, rotary tillage and pulping, mechanical close transplanting, chemical fertilizer reduction and deep application, water-saving irrigation of rice field, secondary dressing of liquid compound fertilizer, timing continuous monitoring and comprehensive pest control. The method is scientific and reasonable in structure and safe and convenient to use, emissionreduction, yield increase and synergism of rice culture are realized with the method, and compared with contrast cases, the methane emission is reduced by 9.9%-10.6%, the nitrous oxide emission is reduced by 0.5%-6.3%, the comprehensive greenhouse effect is reduced by 8.2%-9.8%, the yield is increased by 2.9%-4.8%, and nitrogenous fertilizer productivity is improved by 16.4%-21.1%.
