The porous graphite pressure equalizing electrode is inserted into inner cooling water through a base on a cooling water tube and comprises a base and a cylindrical graphite porous probe, a lead-out conductive line conductively connected with the probe is arranged in the base, one end of the cylindrical graphite porous probe is in rigid connection with the base, the other end of the cylindrical graphite porous probe is inserted into the cooling water tube, and the cylindrical graphiteporous probe comprises a porous platinum sleeve with a graphite column embedded.
