Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and discloses fusion rhizopus chinensis lipase with the thermal stability enhanced and application thereof. The amino acid sequence of the fusion rhizopus chinensis lipase is shown in SEQID NO.4 or SEQID NO.5. The fusion lipase is obtained by fusing a section of amphiphilic short peptide composed of 30-32 amino acids with the N terminal of the amino acid sequence encoding rhizopus chinensis lipase, and the amino acid sequence of the amphiphilic short peptide is shown in SEQID NO.2 or SEQID NO.3. The fusion lipase has ideal heat-resistant properties and thus is especially suitable for industrial mass production.
