Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a cytoglobin-human lactoferricin fusion protein. The protein is characterized in that the fusion protein is formed by the serial connection of cell penetrating peptide (TAT), cytoglobin (Cytoglobin, CYGB) and the (human Lactoferricin, hLFcin); the fusion protein can be secreted outside a cell by using the TAT, and therefore purification is convenient; the expression of thelactoferricin is driven by using the CYGB, and the inhibition on a host strain is relieved; the storage stability of antibacterial peptide is increased with the help of the oxidation resistance of theCYGB. The fusion protein can achieve the scale production of the TAT-CYGB-hLFcin fusion protein, complicated procedures of Linker designing of the fusion protein is avoided, the method for purifyingthe fusion protein is simplified by using the stable characteristics of the fusion protein, and the fusion protein can be used as an aquatic product preservative and can be applied to the field of aquatic product fresh keeping.
