Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a vehicle and a control method thereof. The vehicle is configured to improve driver convenience by adjusting an automatic brake control time based on a condition around the vehicle when the vehicle is automatically braked. The vehicle includes a brake portion that acquires speed information of the vehicle and a first sensor that acquires information about a periphery of the vehicle. The controller determines whether to perform automatic brake control of the vehicle based on the speed information of the vehicle.
