Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for degrading organophosphorus by immobilized microorganisms. The method comprises the following steps: cultivating microorganisms; immobilizing the microorganisms; and degrading organophosphorus. The invention also discloses an organophosphorus pesticide microbial whole cell miniaturization device and the application thereof. The method for degrading the organophosphorus by the immobilized microorganisms is obtained through experimental research. By the method, the organophosphorus can be effectively degraded, particularly methamidophos can be degraded effectively by immobilized phosphorus-accumulating bacteria.
