The preparation method comprises the following steps of: in-situ compounding polyaniline and nano strip phenolic resin based polymer, preparing nitrogen doped nano strip porous carbon, compounding nitrogen doped nano strip porous carbon with elemental sulfur, mixing nitrogen doped nano strip porous carbon withelemental sulfur according to a mass ratio of 2:3, adding absolution ethyl alcohol and grinding uniformly, then adding carbon tetrachloride to promote dissolving of elemental sulfur, naturally drying, then putting in an oven to keep the temperature, so as to obtain a composite material of nitrogen doped nano strip porous carbon and sulfur.
