Inductor and forming process

The invention discloses an inductor and a forming process. The inductor comprises a T-shaped magnetic table, an upper magnetic table and a winding, wherein the T-shaped magnetic table consists of a bottom plate and a cylinder; the cylinder is tightly pressed in the middle of the top of the bottom plate; the winding is connected to the outer side of the cylinder in a sleeving mode; and the upper magnetic table wraps the top of the bottom plate and the outer side of the cylinder. The inductor forming process comprises the steps of S1, carrying out pre-pressing forming on the T-shaped magnetic table through a stamping die under the condition that the stamping temperature is 10-30 DEG C and the pressure is 1-10 T/cm , and carrying out baking at 50-120 DEG C for 10-30s; and S2, coil winding is carried out at 150-250 DEG C through a winding machine to form the winding.
