The method comprises the steps of selecting three-color fluorescent powder color coordinates; calculating the color coordinates of the mixed fluorescent powder according to the color coordinates of the three-color fluorescent powder; calculating a target color coordinate according to the color coordinate of the mixed fluorescent powder; calculating fluorescent powder unit volume conversion efficiency according to the target color coordinates; calculating the fluorescent powder volume according to the target color coordinates and the fluorescent powder unit volume conversion efficiency; calculating the mass of the fluorescent powder according to the fluorescent powder volume; calculating the mass ratio according to the mass of the fluorescent powder; and calculating the dispensing amount according to the mass ratio.
