Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fault influence analysis method based on a graph data model. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, constructing the graph data model: converting a relational database model into the graph data model; Step 2, obtaining an influence range: when a network fault event or a user complaint event is received, obtaining a result list which satisfies an influence access searching condition from a graph database, carrying out aggregation calculation on the basis of the result list, and storing a final result in an influence range data set; and step 3, based on the influence range data set, outputting the influence range data set for other application scenarios to use. According to the method, the relation model is converted into the graph model, the searching time is within the acceptable range of less than 10 seconds of the online transaction application, and the method can well adapt to business production.
