Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a copper/microcrystalline graphite composite and a preparation method thereof. Microcrystalline graphite is purified at first, then the surface of the purified microcrystallinegraphite is wrapped with metal copper or copper alloy in a plating solution, and after plating is completed, the material is washed and subjected to vacuum drying, and the copper/microcrystalline graphite composite is obtained. The interfaces of a graphite matrix and a copper surface layer of the composite are well bonded, and excellent physical properties are achieved. The technique is simple, the process is easy to control, and large-scale production application is easy to achieve.
本发明提供了一种铜/微晶石墨复合材料及其制备方法,首先对微晶石墨进行纯化处理,然后在镀液中将纯化的微晶石墨表面包覆金属铜或铜合金,镀覆结束后洗涤、真空干燥后即可得到铜/微晶石墨复合材料。本发明复合材料的石墨基体与铜表层之间的界面结合良好,具有优异的物理性能。本发明工艺简单,过程易控,易实现规模化生产应用。 |
