Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for increasing the content of genistein in sophorae fructus. The method comprises the steps that the sophorae fructus are added into a crude glycosidase liquid, conversion is performed for 24-72 h under the oscillating conditions of 30-35 DEG C and 100-200 r/min (preferably 30 DEG C, 24h), filtration is performed to remove a crude enzyme, a filter cake is dried, and the sophorae fructus rich in the genistein is obtained, wherein the crude glycosidase liquid is a filtrate obtained by filtering a rhizopus oryzae GDMCC No:60145 fermentation broth to remove bacteria. The increased range of the content of the genistein in the sophorae fructus is large and can reach 21.5 times maximally, and the content is increased from 2.34 mg/g to 52.7 mg/g. The method for increasing the content of the genistein in the sophorae fructus has the advantages that the specificity is good, the product structure cannot be damaged, the cost of a biocatalyst is low, various glucosides in the sophorae fruc
