The invention discloses SAPO-34 molecular sieve/graphene modified plastic and a preparation method thereof. The method includes the steps of adding, by mass, 100 parts of thermoplastic resin, 1-5 parts of SAPO-34 molecular sieves and 0.1-0.6 part of graphene into a high-speed mixer before uniform mixing; by a co-rotating twin-screw extruder, extruding the mixed sample into strips, linking the extruder with a plastic particle granulator to obtain uniform plastic particles, and drying granulated products; adding the obtained plastic particles into an injection molding machine for injection molding.
